This sandwich is going to fill up your tummy in a jiffy!UTTAPAM SANDWICHIngredients500 grams ready-made dosa batterSalt to tasteGhee for brushing + for drizzling1 medium onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped1 medium green capsicum, chopped1 medium beetroot, grated1 medium carrot, grated 2-3 green chillies, chopped 2 tbsps chopped coriander4 tbsps gun powder (molagapodi) + for sprinkling + to serve6 tbsps coconut-tomato chutney 1 cup grated mozzarella cheeseCoconut chutney to serveMethod1. Take dosa batter in a large bowl. Add salt and mix well.2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Brush some ghee and pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it to make a thick disc.3. Sprinkle some of the chopped onion, a portion of the chopped tomato, a portion of the chopped capsicum, a little grated beetroot, some of the grated carrot, a little green chillies and sprinkle ½ tbsp coriander leaves. Sprinkle 1 tbsp gun powder and spread 1½ tbsps coconut-tomato chutney. Sprinkle a little gun powder and ¼ cup cheese.4. Drizzle 1 ladleful of the batter to cover the toppings. Pour ghee on the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.5. Carefully flip the uttapam and continue to cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Drizzle ghee and cook for a minute.6. Flip the uttapam and cut it into 4 pieces.
