UV-JAGT SANKNING - MADLAVNING V STRANDEN . Fladfisk "en Papilotte".

En lille hyggelig video om uv-jagt, sankning og madlavning over bl v stranden. Engelske tekster da den er lavet til et internationalt site. Men det skulle vre til at gennemskue ellers sprg i kommentarene :-) Klassisk tilberedning "en papilotte" hvor alt er samlet i en pakke og giver saft og kraft til hinanden .... Speared some flounders and cooked them up in the classic en pappilot style .. on the location.

Lovely day - heres the recipe :

Ingridients - 1 person :

150 g Fish fillet
1/4 fennel
1 Carrot
2 Spring Onions
Some Wild herbs or farmed like parsley or tarragon
A little butter
1/2 a lemon
Salt and pepper
Baking paper
Tin foil

How to

1. Chop all vegetables so they Cook in the same time as the fish -
mix all veggies
2. Lay a piece of tinfoil on the cutting board and baking paper on
top of that.
3. Place veggies on the one half of the paper, put fish on top - then
butter and vild herbs.
4. Salt and pepper on the whole thing
5. Fold the paper and foil over and crimp it around the edge so it
makes a half moon- watch video
6. When sealed - throw it on a fire, a grill or in a hot oven until it
puffs and you can hear It sizzle inside - 8-10 minutes .
7. Open the package at the table and enjoy the smell,aroma and
the big smile on your guests face.
