Mixed Berry Muffin (ingredients for 12 muffins)

140 g oat flour
60 g whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
60 g melted butter
15g coconut sugar
4 tbsp apple sauce
120 ml buttermilk
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
200g mixed berries

Red Velvet Muffin (ingredients for 6 muffins)

120 g oats flour
40 g almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
25 g melted butter
1 cup apple sauce
30 ml butter milk
1 medium egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Food colour
