Vanilla Cupcake With Chocolate Frosting | Easy To Make Cupcakes | Recipe by Smita Deo | Ruchkar Mejwani

Learn how to make Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting, an easy to make sweet dessert recipe from our chef Smita on Ruchkar Mejwani.

Ingredients:

For the Cupcake:

6 Eggs
2 Cups of Flour
2 Cups Castor Sugar
2 Cups Butter
2 tsp Baking Powder
10 drops of Vanilla Essence

For the Frosting:

250 gm Butter
450 gm Icing Sugar
6 tbsp Chocolate Syrup

Method:

- Separate the egg yolk and the white in separate bowls
- Beat the egg whites still they form stiff peaks and beat the yoke for 2 minutes
- Mix the baking powder with the flour well
- Add the flour, sugar and butter and the yolk slowly and mix it together with the cut and fold method
- Once the batter is ready line the muffin tray with the paper cups and pour 2 spoonfuls of the batter in them and bake the cup cakes at 180 degrees centigrade for 25 minutes
- Once the cup cakes are done place them out of the oven to cool
- For the frosting beat the butter till light and add the chocolate sauce and beat well. add the sugar and beat it well
- Put the frosting in an icing cone and decorate the cup cakes.
- The delicious Vanilla Cupcakes are ready to be served!
