Lipsmacking VEG CAFREAL is a HEALTHY TOFU SNACK recipe. GOAN veg cafreal is a SUPER SPICY tofu stir fry Indian style recipe.

Cafreal is consumed widely in the Indian state of Goa. Originally a non vegetarian dish made with chicken, it originated from the Portuguese colonies in the African continent. It was introduced into the Goan cuisine by the Portuguese and the African soldiers serving under the Portuguese.

I have given it a twist by replacing chicken with tofu for vegetarians and vegans to relish it alike.
