VEG CLEAR SOUP Ingredients½ cup Tata Sampann Rajma1 tsp oil1-2 green chillies, chopped4-5 baby corn, finely chopped4-5 florets of broccoli, finely chopped½ small yellow zucchini, finely chopped½ small green zucchini, finely chopped2 tbsps boiled sweet cornSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste3-4 tbsps corn starch slurry2½ tbsps finely chopped tofu3 tsps lemon juice1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leavesBread sticks to serveMethod1. Take Tata Sampann Rajma and water. Wash it 2-3 times and soak it for 2-3 hours in hot water. Pressure cook till 6-7 whistles are released. Drain and set aside.2. Heat oil in a non-stick deep pan, add green chillies, baby corn, broccoli, yellow zucchini, green zucchini, sweet corn and sauté for 1 minute.3. Add 3 cups water and mix well. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns, and mix well. Allow the mixture to come to a boil.4. Add the corn starch slurry, boiled Tata Sampann Rajma, tofu and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil and lemon juice and switch the heat off.5. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Transfer into serving bowl.6.
