The noodles are easy to cook and can be made in a jiffy.Ingredients:200 grams boiled noodlessalt to tastepepper to season1 tbsp soy sauce3 - 4 tbsp oil3 broken dry red chillies1 tbsp finely chopped garlic1/2 cup chopped spring onion (greens and whites separate)1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots1/4 cup thinly sliced capsicum1 cup shredded cabbage8 - 10 beans - slit lengthwise1 tbsp red chilli sauce1 tbsp vinegar1/2 cup bean sproutsMethod:- Coat the boiled noodles with salt, soy sauce and oil and keep it aside.- Heat oil in a wok. Add the slit dry red chillies and stir. Let it fry completely. Then remove a few teaspoons of the red chilli oil in a small container and keep it aside for later use.- Add the chopped garlic and saute it for a minute.- Add the spring onion whites, carrots, cabbage, capsicum and beans and stir them on a high flame for sometime.- Add the soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.
