Ingredients
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped onion(small): 1
Tomato pureed: 1
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons (25 grams)
Low-fat fresh cream/malai: 1/4 cup
Chopped french beans: 2 tablespoons
Chopped potatoes: 2 tablespoons
Chopped carrots: 2 tablespoons
Peas: 2 tablespoons
Sweet corn: 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder: ½ teaspoon
Red chilli powder: ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Method of preparation
Heat the oil and add chopped onions, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute.
Add french beans, potatoes, carrots, peas and sweet corn and saute it for approximately 6-8 minutes,
Add tomato puree and cook well. Mix the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and low-fat cream. Stir it well.
Cook for a few minutes till the mixture blends well. And garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or roti.
