Veg Lollipop Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 & 1/2 cup Boiled & mashed Potato
1 cup Cauliflower (grated)
1 cup carrot (grated)
1 cup Boiled peas
2-3 Green chilies (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Red chilies flakes
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2-3 Bread slices diced
For coating:
4 tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Cornflour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Water as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Directions for Veg Lollipop:
In a bowl add mashed potatoes, cauliflower, carrot, onion, peas, green chilies, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, red chilies flakes, ginger garlic paste and bread slices.
Mix everything well and make medium size balls.
In a bowl add flour, cornflour, salt and black pepper. Add water gradually and make a thin better.
Dip the balls in flour mixture and coat well with bread crumbs. (Can be frozen up to 2 weeks)
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls in it. Fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serving: 10 – 12 Person
