Ingredients list:
160 gm ( 1 small glass basmati rice)
50 gm soya chunks
2 tbsp oil
1 big sized onion (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
2 small tomato (pureed)
1 tsp – salt
½ tsp coriander seeds powder (dhania powder)
¼ tsp red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder (jeera powder)
¼ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 small potaoto (sliced)
1 medium carrot(grated)
½ cup green peas
1 ¾ cup Water ( little less than double the amount of rice)
