INGREDIENTS

100 gm hung curd ( made from 250 gm fresh curd )
1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/4 tsp red chilli
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
3-4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup green chutney
