Chef Ruchi Bharani teaches you how to cook sizzler easily at home!Ingredients:For Rice:1 tbsp Oil1&1/2 cup Boiled Rice2 finely chopped Spring Onions1 tbsp chopped Garlic2 finely chopped Green Chillies1/2 finely chopped Capsicum1 finely chopped small CarrotSalt to tastePepper to tasteFor Stir-Fried Vegetables:1 tbsp Oil1/2 cup broccoli blanched3-4 baby corn blanched4-5 mushrooms chopped1 cup chopped colored bell pepper1/2 chopped onionCarrot Juliennes blanched1/2 cup Paneer cubes fried1 Small potato cubed and steamedSalt to taste1&1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce8-10 French beans blanchedFor Sauce:2 tbsp finely chopped garlic2 tbsp finely chopped ginger4 finely chopped green chillies1 finely chopped spring onion1&1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce1tbsp chilli sauce2 tbsp tomato ketchup1 tbsp cornflour1 tbsp Oil1&1/2 cup WaterSalt to tasteFried NoodlesFew cabbage blanchedMethod:- Pour oil in a hot pan- Add chopped capsicum, garlic, carrots and stir fry them for about 2 mins- Add finely chopped green chillies, boiled rice, salt, pepper, spring onion leaves and mix everything well- Again pour oil in a hot pan- Add chopped onions, coloured bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, french beans, baby corns, carrots, steamed potatoes, paneer and stir fry them- Add salt, red chilli sauce and toss them well and cook it till its ready- Pour some oil in a hot pan- Add ginger and sauté it for a minuteAdd green chillies, soya sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, 1/2 cup water- Meanwhile in a bowl mix a cup of water and cornflour- Add the cornflour mixture in the soya sauce mixture, simmer it and let it cook till the sauce is thick- Add salt a little bit and some spring onions- Heat the sizzler plate for about 4-5mins.
