Heat oil in the pressure cooker and saute dry spices like cumin, mustard, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves. Then add onions. Mix well and add ginger-garlic paste.2. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli pwd and cook for 2-3 mins. Add veggies and mix well. 3. Add curry powder and steel cut oats. Mix to ensure spices have coated the veggies and oats. 4. Add water and close the lid and cook at high for 1 whistle and then turn the heat down and cook for 2-3 more whistles.Turn the heat off.Once the cooker has cooled down, open the lid, garnish with green onions or cilantro and serve hot.
