Veg Zingy Parcel

Ingredients:
DOUGH PREPARATION :
Atta – 1 cup
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – 1/8th tsp
Sugar powder – 1 tbsp
Fresh curd – ½ cup
Maize flour for rolling

VEG STUFFING :
Butter – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tbsp chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Capsicum – 1/4th cup
Paneer – 1 cup chopped
Oregano – 1 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Cheese spread(Pizza flavor) – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp

MAYO SAUCE :
Mayonnaise – 1/4th cup
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp

COATING :
Milk – 2 tbsp
Sugar powder – 1 tbsp
