**Simple Vegan Apple Muffins Recipe**

**Ingredients:**
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled, chopped
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 200ml soy milk

**Method:**
1. In a large mixing bowl, sift in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add brown sugar, apple, and sultanas, and mix to combine.
