Vegan Burger - plant based veggie patties - plant-based diet - how not to die - wfpb

This Vegan Burger Recipe actually tasted even better than I expected. I especially loved the softer texture of the patty when biting into it along with the incredible flavorful taste. For those that are experimenting with a plant-based diet or a wfpb diet, this is one of the best veggie patties that I have ever tasted. I have been following and reading more and more information on reversing heart disease and the optimal health diet and came across Dr Michael Greggers Book How not to die, I have been incorporating his daily dozen in my daily diet and removed animal products for the last 30 days or so. So far the results are undeniable. I will soon do a video reporting my results and experiences on this diet along with my families.
