Be creative with these delicious vegan friendly cookies with sprinkles!

INGREDIENTS

Vegan Rainbow Cookies

- 2 cups of plain flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 3/4 tsp of bi-carb soda
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4 tbsp of sprinkles
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted vegan butter
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

METHOD

Add flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, salt and sprinkles to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine

In another mixing bowl add sugar, melted vegan butter, water, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract. Mix to combine

Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix together until it makes a nice cookie dough

Place in fridge for an hour to cool

Remove from fridge and roll dough into small balls and place on an oven tray with baking paper

Place in oven at 180c for 11 minutes.

Remove and leave on tray to cool before serving
