I was incredibly happy with this super easy vegan chili recipe, for those of us that are short on time or do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this is the perfect recipe. I was very impressed with the Chili Starter product from Aldi's and have many uses for it to shorten food prep time in the future in our kitchen.
