INGREDIENTSVegan Cookies - Buttery Rainbow Cookies- 2 cups of plain flour- 1 tsp of baking powder- 3/4 tsp of bi-carb soda- 1 tsp of salt- 4 tbsp of sprinkles- 1 cup of sugar- 1/2 cup of melted vegan butter- 1/4 cup of water- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar - 1/2 tsp of vanilla extractMETHOD- Add flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, salt and sprinkles to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine- In another mixing bowl add sugar, melted vegan butter, water, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract. Mix to combine- Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix together until it makes a nice cookie dough- Place in fridge for an hour to cool- Preheat oven to 180c- Remove from fridge and roll dough into small balls and place on an oven tray with baking paper. Place in oven for 11 minutes. - Remove and leave on tray to cool before serving
