Vegan Pasta - plant-based diet recipe

Ingredients:
2-3 cups of shredded Kale
1 8oz package of Moroccan Tofu
2 cups of Broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup of roasted red peppers from can or roast fresh
16 oz package of tri-colored pasta of your choice

1/2 tbsp Harissa Seasoning: https://amzn.to/2YkcuZC
1 cup of Shiitake Mushroom or Button Mushrooms
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 cup diced onions
6 cloves of minced garlic
juice from 1 lemon







This Vegan Pasta Recipe was so incredibly delicious and filling. I love using plant-based diet clean eating ingredients in my recipes. There is just so much to choose from when you are not restricting carbohydrates, also the prices for food are so much cheaper when not using animal proteins. At this time for me, a wfpb diet makes great sense health and budget wise. I hope you guys love the recipe and give these delicious foods a try in your personal recipe arsenal.
