SAUCE FOR NOODLES:

tamarind (puree) can also be substitute with peanut butter.
sesame oil
Tamari Sauce
Brown sugar or sweetener of your choice
almond milk or coconut milk
red onions
garlic cloves and/or ginger


VEGGIES AND FRUITS:

green jackfruit
Carrots
celery sticks
broccoli
cherry tomatoes
peanuts (optional)
sweet potatoes


Bring veggies and sauce to a boil add sweet potato noodles and cook until soft but not mushy (about 3-5 min).

GARNISH WITH:

Lime juice
Cilantro
Scallions
Favorite Spicy Sauce
