A complete meal! a perfect combination of all nutrients contributed by the vegetables and starch from the noodles. Flavoured with hoisin sauce, this chow mein brings out all the authentic flavours of chinese cooking. Chow mein is a style of preparing noodles separately and then topping them with a choice of ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable stock 1cup
Garlic 2tbsp
Ginger 2tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Salt pinch
Soya sauce mushroom 1tbs
Oyaster sauce 2 tbsp
Onion 1 big
Carrot 1big
Capsicum 3 colores 1
Cabbage 1 cup
Beans ½ cup
Pepper ½ tsp
Spring onions 2 tbsp




METHOD

Take a mixing bowl add vegetable stock add sugar salt oyaster sauce(mushrooms) soya sauce. If you want add corn starch you can add it.
Take a pan heat the oil on a medium flame add ginger , garlic add oinion chopped, add 3 colores of capsicum, beans, cabbage, and toss them ,getting sweat it add sauce mixture,pinch of pepper and add noodles and spring onions ,so ready the chow mien noodles this is milled chow mein,you can serve it
