Vegetable Crepe Paratha Roll

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Eggs 2
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup

Directions:
1. In a bowl add flour, salt, eggs, milk, cheese, baking powder, oil, green onion and mix it well.
2. Heat a pan and pour the prepared mixture with ladle on it. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden in color.
3. Your crepes are ready. Make rolls of each crepe.
4. Take a lunch box and place the crepe rolls in it with fruits and nuts.
