Bring slightly salty water to boil then add potatoes in it.2. Boil for 5 to 6 minutes then add peas and carrots in it and boil for another 5 minutes.3. Drain the water and set aside.4. In a pan heat ghee, add onion and cook until light golden brown. Add cumin, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.5. Then add tomato puree, tomato paste, salt, coriander powder, paprika, red chili powder and turmeric and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.6. Then add K&N’s Stok cube, garam masala and cauliflower, water as required and let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.7. Then add boiled potatoes, peas and carrot in the gravy and mix well.8. Add half cup of water and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes on medium low flame.9. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve tasty vegetable korma.
