Ingredients:-
Cooked whole green moong: 1/2 cup
Chopped onions: 2 tablespoons
Chopped tomatoes: 2 tablespoons
Chopped green chilli: 1 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
Roasted unsalted walnuts
Olive oil: 2 teaspoons (10 ml)
Salt to taste
Amchoor powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Lettuce leaves whole
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan and then saute the onions, tomatoes and green chillies until soft.
Add the powdered spices, lemon juice and salt to taste
Next, add the cooked whole green moong and mix it well
Top it with coriander leaves and chopped walnuts
Serve it in lettuce leaves
