Heat sufficient oil in a pan.2. Combine cauliflower, babycorn, carrot, French beans in a bowl and mix. Add potatoes, refined flour, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Add pesto and mix again.3. Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten and make a dent in the centre. Deep-fry the rings in the hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.4. Serve hot.
