Cook time: 5-6 mins
Serves:2-3
Ingredients:
Poha: 100 gm or 1 cup
Onion:1,medium
Tomato:1,medium
Carrot: ½ cup
Capsicum:1/4th cup
Beans: 1/4th cup
Green peas: ½ cup
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Peanut: 1/4th cup
Oil: 1 tbsp
Ghee:1 tsp
Sugar: ½ tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Turmeric powder:1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp
Garam masala: 1/4th tsp
Asafoetida: pinch of
Mustard seeds: ½ tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/4th tsp
