Vegetable Pulao...
perfect way to add vegetables in your kids diet

For Vegetable Pulao we need
Ingredients:
1.Onions 2Medium size(sliced)
2.Beans !/2 cup
3.Carrots 1/2 cup
4.Cauliflower 1/2 cup
5.Green Peas 1/2cup
6.Boiled Corns 1/4cup
7.Rice 1 cup
8.Cumin Seeds 1tsp
9.Red Pepper Powder 1tsp
10.salt (acc.to taste)


METHOD:
1.Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds(jeera)
2.After that add onions and saute them till golden brown
3.After that add beans, cauliflower, carrots, peas , corns(optional and add salt and red pepper powder to it .
4.Cook them for 1 minute and then add water
5.WE USE 2 CUPS OF WATER FOR 1 CUP OF RICE.
6.Let the water starts boiling ,add rice(soaked for 15 minutes)
7.Along with rice add lemon juice(optional)and cover the lid and cook them for 15 minutes on LOW FLAME
8.Serve hot
