INGREDIENTS
White flour ( Maida) - 1½ cups
3 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped - optional
1 inch ginger, finely chopped - optional
1 carrot, thinly shredded
1 cup cabbage, thinly shredded
1 tsp black pepper, crushed
Salt to taste
Spring roll sheets / wrapper
oil for deep frying


INSTRUCTIONS

firstly, in a large kadai, put oil and add onions

Saute them for a minute or till the raw smell disappears.

Add shredded carrot and cabbage. saute them.

Also add black pepper and salt mix everything well.

Knead soft dough and keep aside for 30 mins

Make spring roll pastry sheet and place spoonful of prepared stuffing

Fold the corner tightly till it reaches the end

Deep fry the spring roll, fry till they turn golden brown stirring occasionally.

once they turn golden brown, drain them over absorbent paper.

Cut it diagonally or in any different shapes of your choice.

finally, serve crispy veg spring rolls hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce, mayonnaise dip or Schezwan sauce
