Preheat oven 180° C.2. Thinly slice chicken breasts horizontally and flatten them using a hammer. Halve each flattened chicken piece.3. Grease the baking tray with some butter and place chicken pieces. Place one zucchini strip and few mixed bell pepper strips in the center of each chicken piece. 4. Sprinkle some salt, crushed peppercorns, dried mixed herbs and chilli flakes on top and drizzle some balsamic vinegar. Roll the prepared chicken pieces, brush some butter on top and drizzle some more balsamic vinegar.5. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.6.
