Boil until water evaporates. Your Shami Mixture is ready. Let it cool at room temperature. 3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and now mash the mixture in hands.4. Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and mix it again.5. Now take handful of mixture and give it a shape of medium sized seekh kabab. Set aside.Directions for Dough Preparation:6. In a bowl add flour, cumin seeds, carom seeds, salt, oil, water and mix it well to knead a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 mins. Set aside.Directions for Assembling:7.
