Vermicelli Upma Ingredients :- Oil - 3-4 Tbsp.Vermicelli - 2 cupsOil - ½ Tbsp.Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.Raw Peanuts - ¼ CupCurry Leaves - 15-20Green Chilli Chopped - 3Onions Chopped - 2 smallTomatoes Chopped – 2Salt to TasteTurmeric powder - ½ TspRed Chilli powder - ½ TspGreen Peas - ¼ CupCoriander chopped for garnishMethod:-1. In a pan heat oil add vermicelli and sauté till lightly brown. Remove it in a bowl and keep aside.2. In another pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, raw peanuts and sauté for 1-2 mins3. Add curry leaves, chopped green chillis, chopped onion and sauté till onions are translucent.4. Add tomatoes, salt , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green pease and sauté for 4-5 mins5. Add water and bring to boil. Add vermicelli and cook till water is completely dry.6. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.7. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
