Shrikhand is the most fantastic part of an Indian meal.
Pairing a hot puri with cold berry Shrikhand is a feeling that cannot be described but just experienced. Make at home from and serve it at home during Navratri and feel it for yourself.

Very Berry shrikhand

Ingredients Quantity

Hung curd 1 ½ cup
Black frozen berries 1cup + for garnish
Sugar ¾ cup
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Mix nuts chopped 1tsp

Method:-
1. In pan add frozen black berries and sugar, and make compote of it.
2. Sugar should melt completely, mash the berries properly.
3. Now remove in a bowl and keep it in freezer.
4. Now take the hung curd in a bowl and add cardamom powder in it and whisk it properly.
5. Once the compote is cool down, add it to the whisked curd and mix it properly.
6. Its ready.
7. Serve it in a glass and garnish with some mix nuts, berries and the leftover compote.
