Farali Paratha, Vrat ka Khana, Navratri Vrat Paratha, Upvas ka Paratha, Phalahari Masala Paratha, Ramdana Paratha, Chaulai ka Paratha
Ingredients :
Rajgira (राजगिरा ) - 1 cup ( 200 gms )
Boiled potatoes (उबाले हुए अआलू ) - 2 ( 100 gms ) ( grated)
Ghee ( घी ) - 3 to 4 tbsp
Green coriander ( हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp ( finely chopped )
Green Chilies ( हरी मिर्च ) - 2 ( finely chopped)
Sendha salt (सेंधा नमक ) - 1 tsp ( or to taste)

How to make Vrat Ramdana Parantha:

1. Take washed cleaned and dried Rajgira in a bowl. Put in jar to grind to fine flour.
2. Take the flour in a mixing bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, add ghee, some finely chopped green chili and green coriander, sendha salt.
3. Mix all ingredients well. Add water in small portions and knead stiff dough. Keep dough aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, put tawa to heat. Grease hands with ghee and squash dough. Pinch out some dough.
5. Grease the rolling board with some ghee, slightly spread with hands, then roll out paratha lightly. Lift paratha lightly and press with hands slightly.
6. Spread ghee on the hot tawa.Put paratha to roast. Keep flame medium and medium high. Flip and roast, spread some ghee until golden brown from both sides. Prepare all parathas likewise.
7. Keep the roasted parathas in a plate. 5 parathas can be made with this quantity of dough.

Serving:
8. Vrat special Rajgira parathas are ready. You can have these parathas with curd or any vrat special chutney.
