Blue Bottle Coffee ( ) is an American brand of coffee shops. On May 3, 2019, they opened their first store in Seongsu - Seoul, South Korea! I visited the shop on May 4th to see what all the hype was about! Eager patrons had to wait in line for many hours before trying this famous pour over coffee!Blue Bottle is located in SeongsuDong (often called the 'Brooklyn of Seoul'). The coffee shop has a variety of both coffee and non-coffee drinks, as well as snacks and pastrys. I tried one of their most famous drinks called the 'New Orleans'. I also tried one of their lemon cookies. Seoul is home to thousands and thousands of coffee shops. However, the coffee at Blue Bottle really sticks out!
