Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tin with some butter and dust some refined flour.2. Roughly chop butter.3. Cream together chopped butter and castor sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and whisk well. Add vanilla essence and whisk again.4. Sieve refined flour and baking powder in the butter-sugar mixture.5. Roughly chop walnuts, add some refined flour and mix. Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips to the butter-sugar mixture and fold gently. Add some milk and fold again.6. Put the prepared batter in the greased baking tin, spread evenly and tap. Place the baking tin in a baking tray, put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.7. Demould and serve.
