Walnut Cheese Bread Recipe Easily Prepare Puffed Breads at Home for Breakfast

Recipe for breakfast, the best way to make walnut and cheese puffed bread at home
The dough I fermented overnight for bread dough
For half a kilogram of flour, I added 300 grams of water, some salt and 3 grams of yeast.
I left it to ferment for 10 hours

I start expanding the dough by adding some flour to the counter.
I add some flour, press it with my hand and then leave it aside.
The dough is soft and fluffy because it has little yeast and has been kept for a long time.
I add a little more flour and expand the dough with a rolling pin so that it is not too thin.
It would be better if it is not thin in one place and thick in another. This detail is important for it to inflate properly.
I expand the dough by 25 centimeters with a rolling pin without pressing too much.
I use an iron cooking pan upside down on the kitchen stove.
We are waiting for the iron to heat up, you can use a teflon pan
I boil water for tea

After the water is over boiling, I add the black tea and leave it to brew after closing the lid.
After the iron gets hot, I add the bread dough.
Without waiting for it to fry, I turn it over and wait for it to rise.
I bake the bread on medium heat.
The bread will not be toasted but will be baked
Once the bread rises in this way, nothing will go wrong and everything is fine.
I put the bread on the cloth to prevent it from getting wet and it is healthy this way.

We open the bread by cutting around it with a knife.
I spread margarine into the bread
You can apply as much as you want, this amount is enough for me.
I add melted cheese to the bottom.
I add tulum cheese on top
I add the walnuts by crushing them in my hand in small pieces.
After adding the melted cheese again, I turn it off.
I am preparing the second bread. By the way, you can use different cheeses, but if you use unsalted cheese, be sure to add salt.
Now I'm preparing the last bread
I leave the bread on medium heat until the outside is browned and the cheese inside is melted.
I turn the bread to the other side with the help of a plate.
I check that the cheese is melted.
If you want it to be crispy, toast the bread well.
Now we can move on to the eating phase.
It's very hot and a cold apple juice might be good with this bread.
