WARM APRICOT TEAIngredients8-10 golden apricots2 tea bags4-6 tbsps brown sugar4 green cardamoms2 inch cinnamon stickFresh mint sprigs for garnishCookies for servingMethod1. Roughly chop the apricots.2. Heat a nonstick pan. Add the chopped apricots, brown sugar, 4 cups water and mix well.3. Once the mixture comes to a boil, break open the green cardamoms and add to the pan. Add cinnamon and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or till apricots turn soft.4. Discard the green cardamoms and cinnamon. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.5. Transfer the cooked apricots in a blender jar and grind to a fine paste.6. Dip tea bag and let the flavour infuse for a minute.7. Add a spoon of ground mixture in 4 individual cups and pour the tea mixture over.8.
