Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well.- Then add chopped onions, salt and saute everything for a minute. Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook.- Then add green peas, chopped potatoes, mix masala, coriander and some water.
