Watermelon Fruit Cake- Valentines Day Special

This simple and elegant fruit cake can be made within 15 minutes.You can make this cake with any fruit.
Being a valentines day special, I made this cake with watermelon as a base.

Ingredients:

Watermelon-1 small
Honeydew melon - For decorating
Raspberries, Strawberries- For decorating
Mini toothpick- For decorating
Edible sprinkles- For decorating
Gel Tube- for writing

Directions:

1. Cut watermelon with a heart shaped cookie cutter. Keep it on a cake serving tray
2. Cut fruits into shapes.
3. Use a mini toothpick to arrange the fruits.
4. Decorate it with edible sprinkles on top.
5. Use a gel tube for writing.

Simple but elegant yet healthy fruit cake is ready!!!
