Sliced.2 tbsp vegetable oil DIRECTION Bring 200ml of water to a boil, add the noodles and let boil for 2 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat, add onion pure, stir and let simmer for 3 minutes then add blended scotch bonnet pepper, stir and let simmer down. Add cooked cow hide (wele/pomo), stir and let simmer for 2mins Add snap peas , stir and let cook for 2 minutes then add carrot and stir. Add cooked noodles, noodles seasoning and toss to mix evenly then add the yellow bell pepper. Wele noodles ready to serve.
