In this episode, I'd like to share with you my amazingly tasty "Wet Chocolate Cake" recipe with dark chocolate sauce. Longer you refrigerate, better it gets. Taste it after a week, if there is any
leftover :) Also, you can add chopped nuts to this cake, use any sauce that you like or whipped cream as topping.

INGREDIENTS - CHOCOLATE CAKE

3 eggs (at room temp)
50 gr. (1/2 cup) cocoa / 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil / 1 - 1/2 cup milk
5 real tablespoonful flour / a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder / 1 packet vanilla sugar

CHOCOLATE SAUCE

2 real tablespoonful cocoa / 4 real tablespoonful sugar
1 cup milk / 1 real tablespoonful butter
20 gr. (0.71 oz) chocolate (bitter)
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
1 packet of vanilla / a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 175 C (350F) and grease a baking dish.
I always use a 24 cm.(9 inch), pyrex glass pie dish for this cake.
Sift flour into a bowl.
(It should be a finger less than one cup)
Try to use the same cup for the right measurement.
Then sift a pinch of salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar on top of
flour.
Mix and set aside until needed.
Sift cacao into another bowl.
Add sugar and milk, then beat using a wire whisk.
Add oil, beat again.
Reserve 1 - 1/2 cups of this mixture and set aside until needed.
Add 3 eggs to the remaining wet cake mixture and beat well.
Next, add dry ingredients into the wet, by sifting one more time.
First mix then beat until combined for about 30 seconds.
Do not over mix!
Using a spatula, scrape the edges and the bottom of the bowl.
Transfer the mixture into the pie dish.
(It should be runny)
Bake for about 20 minutes.
If not using a glass dish, it might bake even faster, so pay attention,
when baking it for the first time.
Meanwhile for the chocolate sauce:
Combine butter, chocolate, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl, set aside.
Combine cocoa and granulated sugar in a sauce pan.
Add some orange zest and 1 cup milk, mix well.
Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring occasionally then turn off
the heat.
Add butter, chocolate, vanilla and salt into the pan, mix until melted.
Let cool to room temp.
Remove the baked cake from the oven.
Immediately loosen the edges and slice into desired portions.
Pay attention, the dish might be hot!
Spoon the reserved 1 - 1/2 cup wet mix over the top, evenly.
Let cool to room temp.
You may refrigerate then serve just like this.
It is a super moist, yummy chocolate cake!
But if you are a real chocolate lover :) pour the sauce over top and spread.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least overnight.
It is a super moist cake with a rich chocolate taste and orange flavor.
Keep in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy :)
