What I Ate For Breakfast (Vegan Omelet) hot for food #Shorts

Made a #vegan omelet for breakfast using Just Egg. Added shallot, spinach, ground pepper, and vegan parmesan cheese. Topped it with avocado, cilantro, and hot sauce. Served with toasted sourdough with vegan butter!
