In this episode, we went back to Neos Kitchen to cook up a respectable Abalone platter. You guys always ask what I eat on a normal day so I hope this video gives you some insight into my off-days. Birds Nest with White Fungus Rock SugarAll the abalone required minimum preparation except for the IQF ones, which need to be washed and cleaned thoroughly before consumption. The Organic SuperRice comes with 4 different types of rice and is easily cooked with no soaking needed. Abalone is high in protein with almost no fat and carbohydrates, making it very good for those who want to lose weight and build muscle.
