BREAKFAST:
4 bananas
4 dates
1 cup of ic1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Water

LUNCH:
Salad Romaine, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper
Dressing
5 dates
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chia (added to dressing for omega 3)
1 lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Water

DINNER: TAJ TOMATO
Recipe coming in Meal Plan 3 soin!!
Marinated tomatoes, mushroom and onion
With a curry style tomato sauce piled on cauliflower rice and baby Bok choy!

SNACKS: 2 bananas
SUPPLEMENTS: D3 and B12
