Ingredients:
For Salted chilla
Wheat flour:1 cup
Curd:1/2 cup
Chilli flacks :1/4th tsp(optional)
Turmeric: pinch of (for colour)
Grated onion:1(medium)
Grated carrot:1(small)
Capsicum:1/2(finely chopped)
Green chilli:2(as per taste)
Salt: as per taste
Coriander leaves
Oil
For sweet chilla
wheat flour:1 cup
jaggery: 50 gm(approx.)
cardamom(crushed/powder):1/4th tsp(optional)
oil
