Make a smooth paste and keep aside for later use. In a pot add two cups water, onion, cumin seeds, green chilies, boil them and keep aside. Add boiled onion mixture, nut paste, cream in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Take another pot add water, mutton and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes and remove skim. In a pot heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, boiled mutton and sauté a bit. Then add prepared paste, salt, white pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 5 minutes. Add water as required and let it simmer on low flame for 30 to 35 minutes or until beef is tender. In last add cream and cook for 5 more minutes. Your Beef Mughlai is ready to serve.
