Coriander puri, white kurma Ingredients;-Coriander poori;-Wheat flour - ½ cupAll purpose flour - ½ cupCoriander leaves - 1bunchSalt - to taste Oil - as requiredWater - as requiredWhite kurma;-Boiled potato - 1cupBoiled kabuli chana - ½ cupCardamom - 3Cloves - 4Bay leaf - 1Fennel seeds - 1tspChopped onions - ½ cupGinger garlic paste - 1tspCrush green chillies - 1tbsFresh coconut paste - ½ cupPoppy seeds paste - 1tbsMint leaves - 1 bunchSalt - to tasteOil - as requiredMethod;-In a bowl add some coriander leaves, salt,and rub it.Add some wheat flour, all purpose flour, water, and mix itLike tight dough.Now make some poori and fry in hot oil. keep aside.Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, crushed fennel seeds,Chopped onions, and add salt and cook it nicely.Now add ginger garlic paste, crush green chillies, coconut paste,Poppy seed paste, and add some water and cook it like thick gravy.Then add boiled potato pieces, and mash some pieces and add to it.Add kabuli chana, and cook for 10 minutes.
