White Pulses (सफेद मटर) - 1 cup (200 grams)
Tomato (टमाटर) - 2
Potato (आलू) - 2
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया) - 3 to 4 tbsp
Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 inch
Red Dip (मीठी चटनी) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Green Dip (हरी चटनी) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon (नींबू) - 1
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
