WHOLE WHEAT COOKIESIngredients1 cup whole wheat flour2 tablespoons wheat bran100 grams butter, chilled½ cup refined flour + for dusting3 tablespoons sugar substituteMilk as requiredMethod1. Preheat oven to 180º C.2. Cut butter into small cubes and transfer in a bowl. 3. Add wheat flour, refined flour, wheat bran and sugar substitute to butter cubes and mix well till it resembles breadcrumbs.4. Add some milk and knead into a semi-soft dough. 5. Dust some refined flour on the worktop, divide the dough into large equal portions and roll them into thick sheets.6. Cut each sheet into medium size serrated cookie cutter and place them on a baking tray.7. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.8. Serve or store in an air-tight jar.
